E-Class Series

Velux skylight flashings AdelaideThe E-Class Series offers the simplicity and convenience of manual skylights without the need for a motor. It sits on the roof deck and opens or closes with a smooth turning handle for in-reach applications and a rod for out-of-reach installations. Available in venting and fixed styles, it delivers more daylight per opening than other VELUX roof windows and can be installed in half the time.

The patented flashing system sheds rainwater without relying on sealants that can break down over time and provide a quick, weather-tight installation. It works with shingle, tile and metal roofs and is offered in standard and recessed installation height options.

The Beipack Series is one of three essential layers of protection that contribute to VELUX’s No Leak guarantee. This metal self-flashing kit works with a wide variety of roofing materials and is powder-coated to match them. It combines deck seal and step flashing pieces with a pliable sill apron that forms tiles and side and head flashing pieces that direct rainwater away from the roof window.

Pan-Flashed Series

The Pan-Flashed Series offers a metal self-flashing base for an easy, sealant-based installation on thin roofing materials like asphalt shingles. Its primary and secondary rainwater drainage channels channel water out where it won’t rot the sills under windows or drip down into wall cavities, a common source of mould and rotting in new homes.

The patented sill apron has pliable pleats that form most types of tile, and the head and side flashing pieces interlock with the roofing material for a fast, weather-tight installation. The system is designed to shed water without relying on sealants that can break down over time, making it an economical choice for expanding rooms with natural light.

Designed to suit a range of Australian roof types, including tile, Curved, and metal deck, the Skydome one-piece flashing makes installing Velux skylights easier, guarantees a watertight installation, and looks great. It’s available in zincalume and galvabond, with stainless steel and copper options upon request.

Beipack Series

The Beipack Series skylight flashing is a curb-mounted roof flashing that is designed to work with the flat roof range of VELUX skylights and is suitable for low-pitched roof designs. The kit includes a combination of head, side, and sill flashing pieces to help shed water away from the VELUX Skylight without the need to rely on sealants, which can break down over time. This roof flashing is compatible with Klip Lock, Trim deck and Corrugated metal roofing profiles. For more information about the Velux skylight flashings in Adelaide, click here.

ECB Series

The ECB series is a skylight flashing system designed to be used with site-built curb or deck-mounted skylights in roof applications that are low-sloped. It can be applied to simple 2×4 lumber and plywood and does not require bending.

The flat pack flashing system is easy to install and comes with a set of step-by-step instructions. The flashing pieces are pre-cut to suit the specific size and configuration of your skylight. It helps reduce installation time and overall project costs.

All VELUX roof windows and skylights are available with either manual opening, solar powered or fixed (non-opening). All can be installed on pitched roofs. There is also the option to add a rigid sun tunnel or a solar power roof blind, which will enhance the natural light in your space.

Unlike other roofing systems, VELUX skylights are designed to shed water without relying on sealants that break down over time. Their flashing systems are made from long-lasting rust-resistant 55bmt colour bond steel and are Australian-made.
